An exciting Head of Human Resources role in a growing, dynamic, service orientated organisation. This Head of Human Resources role will play a pivotal part in the future growth of the business and will develop and shape the Human Resources agenda, so it is fit for the company’s future plans. This is such an exciting time for the new Head of Human Resources to join the team.
The Head of HR role will be a mix of strategic and operational HR and will cover the normal range of activities ie. ER, Reward, L&D, Talent etc. The main focus of the role will be around creating the right ‘people agenda’ for the organisations’ future growth.
Candidates: Grad / Grad Calibre with CIPD. Will demonstrate significant HR generalist experience gained in customer services orientated environments (ie. retail, leisure or hospitality) with experience of leading a team, and also evidence of having partnered a Senior Management Team.
