Unique and exciting Human Resources Systems Manager (with Global reach) responsible for the continuing implementation of a new Talent system and managing a professional support team on a few Continents.
The Human Resources Systems Manager role will ensure that the new Talent system is further developed but also continue the work of providing strong Talent analytics that give insight into the broader people agenda, succession planning, diversity and inclusion. Just to mention a few areas.
Candidates: Grad / Grad Calibre, will have extensive experience of having developed a new Talent management system, have substantial HR Project management methodology (Prince 2 or other), all gained in professional services environments. Some consulting experience would also be advantageous. Success in this job will be determined by the ability to manage / control the ‘objective’ ie. The analytics, but also have exemplary interpersonal / stakeholder management skills which will lead to the subjective side of this role being achieved.
Candidates must be familiar with HR change, high performing complex global environments and be able to tell a compelling story about Talent / People analytics.
