Arcus is a business that MSHR have been working with over a number of years. As a facilities management company, celebrating 10 years in business in 2019, they have grown rapidly with a culture of keeping the complex simple, doing everything well, with passion, seeking to be ‘best in class’.
Their client list includes leading companies including Travelodge, Capita, Argos, Co-op, Lloyds Pharmacies, together with a longstanding, very key client: Sainsbury’s. Arcus has been on an impressive journey and MSHR is proud to have worked with them throughout this period. The relationship between MSHR began in their early days and was initially primarily focused on helping them to build their HR team. This involved recruiting a number of key roles to enable the Company to build competent and professional HR team capable of supporting a growing business. Building on the success in recruiting the HR team, MSHR has latterly also been involved in recruitment assignments for operational areas of the business, including Contracts Managers, Business Development Managers, Supply Chain roles and has most recently placed the successful candidate for the Head of IT role.
