DLA Piper, a leading global law firm, contacted MSPS when it was about to undergo a major transformation exercise to create fully integrated international functions for HR, Marketing, IT and Finance. To carry this out, the transformation lead, Carl Jewitt, required additional resources.
A total of 4 roles were required, including someone to lead the restructuring team, and change/employee relations experts to manage the people impacts. All of these needed to be experts experienced in supporting businesses through change, who could support the significant transformation agenda and ‘hit the ground running’ at this crucial time. In this assignment, MSHR worked in close partnership with DLA Piper to source individuals to match the skills and experience requirements, to support the success of the project. The team of 4, (located in 3 different geographical areas of the UK – Sheffield, Leeds and London) were sourced through many channels and successfully placed in the different cities. All roles were filled in a 2 week period (the project called for a sense of urgency!). All candidates went through a rigorous recruitment process with MSHR as there was no room for mistakes.
